I orginally set up my order in May for a July shipment hoping that would give transport companies plenty of time to look at it and take the job. Since my truck was being shipped from the East coast to a small town on the Oregon coast and 8 hours away from any major cross country interstate (I-90 in Seattle and I-80 in Oakland) not a whole lot of compaines were eager to take the job. I contacted 1-2 Go 2 a couple of times a week to check status. Since I called so many times I wound up working with Dwight, Kenne, & Scott. All three were very friendly and took the time to explain possible reasons why no one was offering to take my truck. After about two weeks past my earliest ship date, I believe it was Dwight, reduced his charge from $175 to $125 and put that $50 towards the cost of shipping my truck as additional incentive for a company to take the job. A week later, somehow, the fee was reduced even more to $100 and those extra funds put towards the job. Additionally, I agreed, that if necessary, I could drive an hour and a half to the I-5 corridor to meet the driver. About two days later I was called and told that my truck would be picked up the next day. I was called 7 days later by the driver wanting to know when I could meet him. I actually didn't expect to get my truck for a few more days.

I did not correspond with 1-2 Go 2 via email so I don't have anything to say about that but they promptly answered the phone every time I called and provided friendly customer service every time.

If I ship another vehicle I would definately use 1-2 Go 2 again although if I'm shipping to/from a small out of the way town I would debate shipping at all and consider driving.
