Tough day for delivery

I had an S-10 PU delivered to Butte, Montana in January and it happened to be the coldest day of the year. I live 2 1/2 hours away from Butte and had intended to pickup the truck and go home. The truck arrived with the rear window broken out unfortunately. The driver of the truck (Jared) had the truck unloaded and had begun calling glass shops by the time I arrived. He was extremely helpful in trying to locate a rear glass but we were unable to do so. I had to leave the truck at a local glass shop.

One of the wheels had also gone flat and Jared had filled it (it was more than 20 degrees below 0!).

Dealing with Dwight was easy and the delivery occured earlier than I had thought it would. The window breaking was no ones fault although they Jared did credit me for the price of the rear window. All in all I am very satisfied with the overall transaction. I would definately contact 1-2 go 2 transporation again.
