Though I actually did not use this company, since I had started out with another, I did communicate with Jeff by phone and email, while waiting for a ride from the other company. It was my first time to transport a car, so, I was very apprehensive about doing so. Jeff was completely professional, courteous, prompt and informative. If Jeff's behaviour is any indication of what this company's service is, then I must say they are excellent!!! I would definitely try them again in the future.
