This was the first time I had an auto transported. There were many bids when I signed up on the internet. 1-2-go 2 was the one that contacted me by phone and explained the entire process to me. We were in contact regularly until the car was picked up, then I received follow up calls to check on my satisfaction. The actual transportation was done by Randy's Auto Transport from Minnesota. Both phone and personal contact with Randy and his wife were great, they were patient with me, answered my questions/concerns, and were just great. Additionally and remarkably they were the lowet priced yet provided an EXCEPTIONAL level of service.

It is great when companies make a commitment and then not only meet, but exceed, expectations.
