The whole spectre of trying to find a reliable, safe, proficient vehicle transport company brings up all of the main issues we focus on, similar to trying to find a decent doctor, hair stylist, mechanic, or meterologist for that matter.

You ask around. You take a chance. You get lucky -- and there are three kinds of luck: good, bad, and none.

Fortunately, I found Kenne and 1-2go2.com after a very negative experience (see my review here on TransportReviews.com for Bestway Auto Transport in New York).

Kenne did an excellent job of taking ownership of the situation and living up to everything that you need when going through something like this. He made it an excellent, honest, and forthright business transaction and he did so with class, style, and great communication throughout the entire process.

He frequently sent email messages and called on the phone at frequent intervals, in advance of when any cognition of transporting the car would have come to mind. Kenne handles everything in an expert, professional manner and at the same time makes you feel like an important family member. Trust is paramount and Kenne and 1-2go2.com worked hard to obtain and maintain my trust.
