Do What I Didn't Do...Put Your Faith in Fletcher

I was moving from New Rochelle, NY to San Diego, CA. At the time I placed my order with ALL ABOARD TRANSPORT (AAT), I was extremely stressed. I had deadlines to meet, many things to ship/pack/arrange/banking/etc.
I did lots of research before I chose ATT. I initially, chose AAT because they had good reviews but more importantly, because they were local. When I first spoke to Fletcher (main contact/broker) he was honest and upfront with me immediately. He gave me the no frills information I needed as a customer:
-difficult to find carriers on the first week of the new year but will try his hardest(2013)
-can't load your car with household goods (unlike most brokers who lie and say you can load up to 100 pounds) <- -I looked this up and it's against federal law for carriers to knowingly ship household goods
-gave me a flex time frame for pick up and delivery (any broker who guarantees a pick up/delivery date is only baiting you)
Lastly, he told me to put my trust in him and that he would do the best he can to accommodate to needs and situation...
I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIS ADVICE.
I was extremely stressed to begin with and was stressed more and more as my target pick up date neared and passed. Fletcher constantly advised me to keep on doing whatever it was I needed to do for my move and to let him deal with the car shipment. As my move progressed and finally my flight date neared, I was worried I wouldn't be able to have my car picked up but Fletcher was always there with a new solution. He offered to store my car at his office (no charge). He even offered to take me to the airport. Yes, DRIVE ME TO JFK airport just as a courtesy.
When he arranged a carrier, Fletcher came through in the clutch again. He arranged a carrier at a great price and although Fletcher told me to plan for a 7-10 day shipment, my car arrived in 6 days. 6 DAYS! Right on my street in San Diego! Literally.
The lesson learned here is as I wrote in my subject: put your faith in Fletcher. I hounded this man EVERYDAY, calling him multiple times a day (also on New Year's Day, the next day, and the next, and so on) only to reduce my anxiety but Fletcher was the utmost professional. I called him on the weekends, Sunday morning. But no matter what, Fletcher was always calm, cool, and collected but he never sugarcoated anything. But at the end of every call he would remind me again, to stop worrying and to let him do his thing.
Although Fletcher's responsibilities as a broker ended once I was assigned my carrier, Fletcher told me that he would stay on constant contact to make sure things went smoothly. I felt protected in case I had any problems with the carrier.
Carrier: The carrier Fletcher arranged was one he used before and had good business with. He was definitely on point there. The driver was very nice and met me as planned, gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him any time during the shipment. The driver also gave me a time frame of when the car would arrive but then he gave me a realistic arrival date. He arrived one day earlier to my pleasant surprise.
Once again, thank you to Fletcher and ALL ABOARD TRANSPORT.
I strongly advise going with him.
