While the overall experience would have prompted me to a lower rating, the efforts and diligence of Fletcher has made me give an excellent rating.
Right from the onset; Fletcher has been a trusted guide and a calming influence as well. The pickup from Caifornia was done on the same day as expected; although the 4-hr pick-up timeframe given was not followed; it was picked up on that day.
While the estimated timeframe for delivery was 5 days after the pickup; the dispatching company was not direct in their communications about the ETA. While this caused me to be a bit alarmed; Fletcher jumped into the fray and tightened the screws on them. Even though the delivery was delayed by a few days; Fletcher's escalations did work and the car was delivered promptly after that.
