THE FIRST TIME TO SHIP CARS It was the first time for us to ship cars and it was a long distance shipping, from New Jersey to California. We were not sure which company to choose at the beginning, but after making a couple of phone calls, we felt that this is the company that we can trust. They were honest and provided a lot of useful information, and can even be reached anytime. We really appreciate this.
THE PICKUP IS ON TIME Actually it was one day earlier, which is better for us. The only thing that might not be so positive is that it is not exactly door-to-door. Instead, we had to drive to a nearby Home Depot, which was not a big problem for us. Everything else during the pickup was very smooth.
THE DELIVERY IS FASTER THAN WE EXPECTED Our car was picked up in NJ on Saturday night and successfully delivered to CA on the next Friday. It was my friend who received the car and he told me everything was fine. We were very happy with it.
THE SERVICE IS GREAT The overall service is great and did not bring us any trouble. We have decided to have the same company ship our second car and also recommend this company to those who are going to ship their cars.
