I had my car available but was told that because it was out of the way, it would take a little longer to find a driver. I called on the 10th day when my contract was going to expire and suddenly there was a driver available. The truck had to 2 drivers so they made it from West Virginal to Los Angeles in just over 48 hours which was unbelievable but true. The driver was very communicative and called me a couple of times along the way which made it nice to know where they were and when the vehicle would arrive. The driver showed up just on the time he said he would (very friendly) collected his cash and was on his way. When doing my research, I realized that all of the brokers use pretty much the same service, however some charge more than others and negotiate pricing. I paid a little more than what the other were asking but with that said, I had a good experience. The only reason for not have five stars is because it took 10 days to get a driver and during that time, I had no calls with updates telling me what was going on until I called Fletcher myself.
