Fletcher was upfront and honest about the cost. The quote given was much lower (initial quote is computer generated) and he explained thoroughly why the actual cost was higher. It was peak season and my son's school is in a small town. I called multiple brokers and they were extremely rude when I questioned the quote to the actual cost, Fletcher was anything but rude, he was informative and very pleasant to work with! I greatly appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. I will absolutely use him again! My sons car was picked up when promised and delivered when promised. The Driver Scott was awesome and kept in contact!!! Great service all around!!!!
