We had a great experience with 1 All Aboard Car Transport.

I read the reviews on the site and everyone mentioned Fletcher in their dealings with this company. I gave Fletcher a call and did not regret it. Not only is he gregarious and pleasant to speak with generally, but he was very helpful trying to get me the best deal possible.

I was moving my son's car from NJ back to California, post graduation. I contacted several other companies regarding moving the car. They wanted an arm and a leg, plus my first born. Since my first born was just graduating from grad school, I wasn't going to give him up!

Fletcher was amiable and understanding. He gave me three scenarios and allowed me time to speak with my son about making it all happen for the best price. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy. He didn't press me into a decision immediately because he understood I had to make arrangements with my son and his schedule as well. This was an important consideration for me. The fact the Fletcher did not try to hard sell was a real plus in his favor. Moving your personal items is a big decision. It is stressful to bring it all together. Fletcher and 1 All Aboard Auto Transport was the right choice for our needs and budget.

My son received the car in good condition. The driver called and said he was going to drop off the car at a specific time and he arrived as promised.

I used a car transporter in the past when my son left for grad school three years ago. It was a challenging experience. The broker was rude and discourteous. He did not answer calls and once hung up on me. The car was delivered a day early and we were not present to receive it. We had to impose on someone three thousand miles away to pay the carrier or they would have taken the car to an impound lot. We were fortunate to have someone that we could rely upon to help us in a pinch, but it was not a pleasant experience. Needless to say, I was loathe to go through that process again.

I am happy to report that I did not have to suffer any trials or tribulations in dealing with Fletcher and 1 All Aboard Auto Transport. This has been a night and day difference from our past experience. I would recommend 1 All Aboard Auto Transport to others.

Thank you so much Fletcher for your professionalism and care. And don't forget to take a holiday and drive the Pacific Coast Highway. It's a hellava view! Be well.
