I called Fletcher late afternoon on a Thursday (east coast time), and asked him to put in a bid for my car to be picked up in California - hoping it would get picked up in a week or two. We agreed on the starting bid, and he gave me a window of about $100 if "we weren't getting any movement". Well, that proved to be wholly unnecessary! He called me back within 5 minutes of us hanging up and told me he found a truck who would pick it up RIGHT THEN. No joke, my car was loaded onto a truck and headed my way within one hour of my request to Fletcher. Remarkable. Fletcher was excellent to work with, and the driver who brought my car was also excellent. All around incredibly impressed!
