I needed to ship my older son Jeep Cherakee from Savannah, GA to my younger son in Dover, DE on 2/28/10. I originally listed with another big transport company since 2/21/10 with a promised that it would be done without any problems. It was not done, no phone call, unable to talk to contact person, on top of that they charged my son credit card $150.00 deposit when I was told there will not be any charge until the Jeep get picked up. Both of my sons are in the military and will be ship out oversea in a few weeks, I have no time to wait. I have no choice but contact someone else to ship the Jeep.
Fletcher at All Aboard Transport came in the rescue. He was up front about the shipping cost and had the Jeep shipped in 2 days.
I got a good lesson out of this experience that it is more important to find a transporter who is honest, upfront, and willing to communicate, and stay away from one who promises anything you want to hear and not follow through.
