I was told that my car would be picked up on Feb 14, but wasn’t. I contacted transport company to ask why. I was told that they would contact driver & find out & call me back. No one ever called back. Feb 15, dealership informed me my car had not been picked up. Again, I contacted the transport company. The person on the phone told me that they would call the driver & call me back. 3 hours later, no call. Again, I called the transport company. The person on the phone informed me he would call the driver. He came back & told me that the driver wasn't answering his phone. So I cancel their services & request a refund. Im told they will not refund my money because things happen like weather & traffic. This company is a scam & only wants to take your money!
