About 2 months ago I delivered a car for 1 Shot. On my way to pick up the car they changed the payment terms on me and said that the customer would be responsible for part of the payment and that they - 1 Shot - would be sending me the remaining balance. I still have not received the remaining balance that they owe. I am beyond frustrated and have read all of the reviews and find them to be true. It wasn't hard to get them to answer the phone and they did dispatch quickly and efficiently but everything after that has been a mess. Every time I call to get information about the payment, I am told that the owner - Yabin or Gavin - whatever his name is - is on vacation or he has left the office for the day and they have left notes for him to call me. I was told to send my invoice and BOL over and it would get paid that day - still nothing. No contact - no communication - no resolution.
