Mia culpa. After all said and done you are 100% correct Ms. McKenzie. I also know an apology is not going to fix the tardiness in pickup and delivery but you deserve this apology. We have used this carrier before and has always been reliable yet he let us down with your vehicle. Your post clearly shows how upset you are with our company and it serves to us as a reminder that we have to work harder to serve our customers.
