I called to get my daughter's car picked up from North CArolina to be delivered to Aspen, Colorado. 1SHot was the 3rd shipper i hired, each of the previous could not pick up the car but at least they were honest.
I called 1Shot and spoke with Carlos who was great....until he took my deposit...which he said would not be charged until he had a driver assigned. Well that was the only lie he told me because he would not take my calls thereafter...I was suffled to David, the BS dispacther who was not only unprofessional but did not return calls after the first one...After a few days of this crap I moved on to another carrier, Express Transport who were great.
After all this I would run away from 1Shot transport as fast as I can....dont let them take your deposit as once they do....you do not get any customer support. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, they are a negative 10.
