I requested an early pick-up and got it. Although, I had never shipped a car before and was nervous about the whole thing, the car was picked up and delivered according to what I wanted. The driver was easy going, but professional about everything. Don't expect to be able to load your car up with stuff for the journey. It's generally not good for the truck driver because of potential on-the-road inspections and the police. However, this guy let me put a few low-value articles in the trunk.
