The car was never picked up. I needed a specific date for the car to be picked up by and they didn't deliver. They promised to call me and give me periodic updates but they never called. This is a rinky-dink 2 or 3 person shop. They also promised to refund the deposit if they couldn't get the car moved, but you guessed it. MORE LIES! I have left dozen of messages for them but no response, and they still haven't refunded my money. I am sure that they will get on here and talk about how they did everything right, or how it is my fault, but trust me, they are lying. If you can't get the job done, at least be honorable. Indtead you give the other shippers in your industry a bad reputation.
