Carlos was great. The initail pickup was about a 10 days after I first spoke to Carlos. I changed my mind and wanted to ship the cars ASAP. I emaild Carlos and told him this he had a driver scheduled in 2 hours and the car was picked up next day. Great service the car also arrived a day early. I would definitly recommend using 1 Shot and would use them again if needed.
