I must say that after being in the transportation business for over 10 years, I have never encountered a company with such excellent customer service (besides my company). Carlos was informative and very honest from the beginning. After dealing with so many dishonest brokers in the past, this company will be number one on my list if i decide to go back in business. Thank you Carlos. Great Job!!!!!
