Hello Mr. Walsh, We appreciate all of our customer's feedback and if we fail to pick a vehicle up we issue a refund within 7-10 days of cancellation. However, you failed to mention to the public that we made 2 separate attempts to load the vehicle with 2 separate carrier's and the pick up end did not release the vehicle that is the reason your deposit is non-refundable. To call us thieves for services that were rendered is extremely unfair and in this case it is you being untruthful If you still need the vehicle transported we can get the job done for you. Thanks
