The driver was really a good guy. When he arrived to pick up the vehicle, the ignition key was missing. Instead of just leaving, and saying "tough luck" he went to a truck park and waited until the next day after I overnighted an extra key. He understood the urgency of my getting the vehicle, and I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to get it to me.
