My first contact with 1 Shot Express Transport was in October 2010. They sent a quote via email and followed it up within the hour with a call from Karel. I was calling for information about transporting a car we we thinking of purchasing from our daughter in California. Karel gave me a reference number for my quote.

Since we received many quotes, I checked the Better Business Bureau and thoroughly read feedback from prior customers before deciding upon 1 Shot.

When I called back in December, I spoke with Renee, gave him the reference number and he immediately confirmed that the quote was still the same. We were in no particular hurry to get the car, so I told him to schedule the transport for a time that fit well for them.

To our great surprise, the car delivered was delivered to us within a week of that call. It was picked up in California on Christmas Eve and delivered to us in Illinois by mid day three days later. The driver called to give us a two hour heads up about when he would be arriving. He was pleasant, professional and careful with the car.

We experienced good communication with Karel and his colleagues all the way through the process, and the phone calls were always followed up with email confirmation of what we agreed to. It is a pleasure to experience such good service all around, and it is a pleasure to be able to recommend 1 Shot Express Transport.
