I really don't know where to begin. At this point, I don't know if this company REALLY exist. To Make this short and to the point. I notice this company online with a 4 out of 5 star rating, FOR TRANSPORTING CARS .so i decided to give them chance. I had schedule an appoint with this company to pick my vehicle in Fort Worth Texas on 08/30/2019 and the schedule pickup date would be on 08/9/3/2019. I was assured that this would not be a problem with me booking my vehicle with them. A called 3 days out before pick and 1 Day prior to pickup with no response. I called 9 times and text once, with no response. keep in mind, there was a small deposit attached with this, which I paid prior. So I called from another phone seconds later, and my Representative CESAR. GONZALEZ picked up the phone immediately. He was shocked when I expressed to him who I was , and when I asked him why he was not responding to my calls and text. He gave excuse , after excuse after excuse. Then He said he was sorry and he would contact back in 30 Minutes, which he never did so. I left a message for the General manager and/or the owner to call me back which never happened. The company could not deliver and refused to tell me this. Just a phone call would have been fine, but the inconvenience is what upsetted me the most. Stay away from this company. I Truly feel, This company had their family and friends to write their good reviews. NEVER AGAIN!!!
