Paul, I'm sorry that you feel that our service was not up to par. This move was booked on 7/21 with Sabrina Kims, and at that time you were unsure of the move date. On 8/17, we received a call from you requesting pick up on that day (8/17). As was explained per your phone call with customer service, pick up within 48 hours is subject to an additional ASAP fee of $150 for the purpose of rerouting a driver currently in the area. Had the move date been scheduled earlier, the additional fee would not have been added. You declined the additional fee. The closest truck we had to the area (with an available space, on such short notice, and within the original quote) was in New Jersey, and we offered you the space on that truck. When our office contacted you and asked if you could meet our driver across the bridge, you declined and made the decision to cancel. We provided the best customer service possible, and did our best under the time constraints provided.
