Door to Door $ not in Contract

The contract terms and agreements were to deliver my car door to door. After the car had arrived to the destination, I was advised that these terms only apply to domestic locations. Since my contract was an international location, I had to pay an extra $300- $500 to release the car from the port. The price I got quoted and stated on the contract was for picking the car from my house in the U.S to my address in Saudi Arabia. They would not release my car unless I came up with extra money which was not in the contract. Once the car arrived, there was no document to release it. I had to spend extra money to call and arrange for the car document to be shipped ASAP, which was not my responsibility. These documents were supposed to be sent prior to arrival. All of this was not part of the contract. I tried to resolve this matter with the upper management and I was told there is nothing they can do to help me. In order to release the car, I must pay the additional fees.
