I was told by Sabrina that if I cancelled my order of shipping my car to Naples, Italy before one week or more, that I would get 100 percent of my deposit back. I cancelled the shipping on March 17, 2010 and was to ship on March 31, 2010...well within the stipulation. As of this date (May 12, 2010...almost two months) I have yet to receive my $600 deposit back. I've e-mailed several time, with Read Receipts, and every time Sabrina states that it has been forwarded to the Accounts Dept. I have yet to hear from the Accounts Dept and Sabrina will not give a POC within the department that I can contact. Believe me, I will be telling my friends (military) to never use this company and to contract through another company. I just want my deposit back!!!
