They quoted me $1550 on May 13, they magically sent me a new invoice on June 29th for $1750 stating there was never a $1550 quote, I have both. My car was suppose to be picked up, My neighbor ended up driving it to Miami. It was suppose to ship August 4, 32010, I suppose it is still in Miami because they refuse to answer any e-mails since I departed to Abu Dhabi on August 4th. The bottom line is they took $650 out of my cc, increased the invoice by $200 and no one pick4ed up my car so I paid my neifgbor $200 to drive it over now the car is sitting somewhere in Miami 20 days later. I have now had to rent a vehicle over here but still pay for that one along with my insurance is for here and went into affect on August 8th. In other words I have no stateside insurance. In all they have cost me $850 plus more aggravation than I have ever had to mdeal with. This company specifically the owner Hugh Russell, Sabrina Kims are dishonest and unreliable. They are a BIG 0 on a scale of 1- 10.

I have filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the Attornry General. I am now discussing with the owners of vthe lien on the car the next step.
