Sabrina Kims will lie to you! The company has many small print clauses- be sure to read them! the big one is the hidden fuel surcharge! This is an open ended charge that Sabrina said would not be charged but was still in the small print of the contract. Do not give a deposit to hold anything because you will NEVER get it back. I am fighting with my bank and with the Florida BBB after they told me I was SOL on ever getting my refund back!
