They had very good rate ($536 for shipping a full size sedan from Tampa to Houston). Joseph was the person who contacted me from this broker company. He was very professional and called me a week later as I had asked. Once order was placed and deposit was made, process started. This is my second time I am moving and having my car shipped. Generally, once the order is taken, broker's availability changes. I was pleasantly surprised that Joseph was very much available all the time. He gave me his cell number to contact. There was problem with first driver, but Joseph remained on top of it. He promptly cancelled that one and got another driver for the job. Pick up was little erratic, but delivery was very quick. There is little problem with car (on pressing gas paddle it is making a creaking sound). Not sure if it is related to transportation or not. Will have it checked. Even after the delivery was made, Joseph followed up. I am impressed with his service. Will definitely recommend him and this company (assuming others in his company provide the same quality of service).
