Jason was a high pressure sales man. 123 Auto Transport was $100.00 over the average quotes, but he assured me they were worth the extra money. If I signed with them this would be a hassle free experience unlike the other companies who lie to you about ship dates and don't return call or emails they would be with me every step of the way.

Well they haven't returned any of my emails or calls, nor do I know when my vehicle will ship. The seller is ready to walk away from the deal because it appears I can not provide him an actual ship date.

I received an email from 123 Auto Transport on 30 July 2014 telling me the early ship date was 29 July 2014. Before the sale, he stated mostly likely my vehicle would ship the 28th of July. This was to convince me they were worth the extra money. It has been a week since I signed the contract and no one has contacted me for a vehicle that should have shipped 4 days ago.

According to the email my vehicle should ship tomorrow. No one has called me a day in advance as Jason promised and 123Auto Transport hasn't returned my calls or emails.

Not a professional company. They will receive a complaint from the Better Business Bureau
