WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I wonder if this company ever ships cars. I scheduled a time to pick up my car, but the sale fell through at the last second, no truck was scheduled and Point to Point/123 agreed to refund my money. I never got it back, they didn't pick up the phone when I called, so I had to call from different area codes to get them, and they kept pushing me off.

I ended up finding another car to ship, and asked them that since they already had my money, would they at least ship this car, which they agreed. Weeks later they still had not picked it up or had a truck scheduled. Yet again they wouldn't pick up when I called, (I even faxed messages to them to try and get through). I cancelled the order via email and shipped it through someone else. A week later I get an email saying a carrier was scheduled to get my car!

I am still fighting with them to get my money back. We have abided by all of their terms and conditions, and they still are keeping our money!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE!!!!!
