I called 1Flate-Rate after being quoted a low quote from another company but waiting a month for a pick up that never came. Ray, the owner, answered the phone and was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest with me and followed through on what he promised. My car was picked up the next day, and delivered across the country in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.
