This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, as a result I had to rely on a friend in the business or do some research myself. I ended up doing the latter because one month later I am still waiting on information from the friend in the business. After receiving several bids to transport my vehicle it came down to who would get the job done at the best rate. Since company names meant nothing to me, I check their history with the Better Business Bureau. Sure enough some of those company with the lower rates had some of the worst ratings. Long story short cheapest is not always best nor vice versa. What I did get from 1Fate Rate was an understanding of the transport business, a reasonable rate, a company that delivered on its promise and a well deserve "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau.
