We used this service to transport a car in July to Arizona. Everything about the experience was great. From my first contact with Ray to the actual delivery of the car in AZ, it was one smooth transaction. We paid an extra fee (about $100) to have a narrower pick-up and delivery window and 1 Flat Rate was able to meet our needs. The pickup and delivery driver did a super job of keeping us informed of when he would be there and that was much appreciated. I really liked that I didn't have to pay a penney up front for the service. 1-Flat Rate is the best and I would definitely use them again.
