My car was very late being picked up but it was no fault of 1 FLat Rate. Ray worked hard and was patient with my continual phone calls and questions, as I was freaking out about getting my car across country. The customer service was excellent. They were knowledgeable, honest and upfront. They gave me a fair price and ended up putting up their own money to get my car shipped. (my situation was rare and difficult). but really....what company does that? A GREAT ONE who puts their customers first! I would definitely use them and recommend 1 flat rate to everyone!
