The overall process went very smooth. 1-Flat rate contacted us one day prior to the pick up. Afterwards the truck driver called to confirm the exact pick up time and called 24 hours prior delivery to confirm the drop off address and time. The car got picked up and delivered as confirmed. I would any time do business with 1-Flat rate again.
