Mike Falco went above and beyond what we expected. He put forth the extra effort required to make sure that both vehicles were picked up on our schedule. The driver delivered both vehicles in excellent condition and was very courteous and offloaded the vehicles very carefully as though they were his vehicles. Even the transport-vehicle was clean and well maintained. To sum it up I would not hesitate to recommend Flat Rate to anyone considering transporting any vehicles.
