I had a car transported from Phoenix to Nashville. I was dropping my daughter off at Belmont University and the car arrived while we were there. It was an ideal situation; the timing worked out well; the driver lives in Nashville so he was flexible regarding the meeting time and place. Everything went perfectly and it was a pleasant experience. For me it was far better than driving cross country in a small vehicle. Based on other reviews it is best to be flexible on when your car can be picked up and when it can be delivered. In my case I had no real deadlines so I was completely flexible. If you do have deadlines try to provide a range; that will allow for the drivers to fit you into their schedule. I got an email when the car was picked up with payment instructions: two money orders; one for the driver and one for 1-Flat-Rate LLC. I was able to easily get the money orders at a Kroger grocery store using a debit card on a Saturday afternoon (banks closed). Everything went smooth so I will do this the same way if I ever need to ship a car again.
