Purchasing process was courteous and efficient.
Transport Pickup was professional.
Transportation company personnel were very experienced.
Was a little uncomfortable with the suggested drive away option but everything worked out fine.

Vehicle delivered on time with not one add'l scratch

Only negative to the whole experience was the quoting process.
Too many phone calls from too many companies for too long.
Very aggressive selling - real turn off.
Left me thinking I overpaid for the service.

However, would use John Pfieffer Transport Company again.
