I would give Dan Hussman and 1Flat Rate a five star rating for my overall experience with this pick up and delivery. It did take quite a bit longer than anticipated to find a highly rated driver to pick up my bike but that was due to a simple misquote of needing an enclosed carrier instead of an open trailer. Overall when the driver called and said he was in my hometown and had my bike I was very glad to see that the bike was in exception good shape as compared to the photos that persuaded me to purchase this bike. I'm very grateful to Dan and 1FlatRate along with the 2 drivers that picked up and delivered my bike. I wouldn't hesitate to call 1 FlatRate again should I ever need a transport.
