This was the first time that we have used this type of service and were quite nervous and unsure due to the unreliable nature of the industry. As suggested we spent time checking companies with the BBB and transport reviews. We also spoke to several carriers. Unfortunately I left my email and number on a generic website and was inundated with calls and emails. 1Flat-Rate was prompt and honest. The driver contacted us and we arranged for a local area to pick up and drop off the vehicle (we have steep driveways at both ends of the transit). The vehicle was a late model Toyota Tacoma and was treated well - all the other vehicles on the transport appeared to be high-end cars: BMW, Acura, etc. I hope I never have to transport another vehicle, but if I did I would certainly use 1Flat-Rate. Their prices were competitive and service excellent. No monies were exchanged until delivery was made - I really appreciated that!
