They told me I would be able to contact the driver as they progressed across the nation. Big Lie! Not only not being able to talk with the driver, the dispatch couldn't contact him either. He just wouldn't answer his phone. So there was no way of knowing where they were or why he was so late. All they would had had to do was a 2minute phone call telling me where they were and when to expect them in. I waited Sun, Mon, Tue, and Wed. not knowing .I will not ever use this company again, and if anyone out there is planning on moving by carrier, in my opinion , you would be much better off without this carrier !! No communication what-so-ever with the driver.
