1FlatRate provided very good service in getting our 2 cars halfway across the U.S. Cars were picked up and delivered in prompt fashion. The only small hiccup was when the driver called an hour before pickup to say they wouldn't be able to get the truck to our address and asked that we meet them at a shopping plaza parking lot. I would have appreciated more notice since they had known the address for days.
