Horrible Rude Liars!!!

I was told my car would be picked up on March 1st and delivered with 7 - 10 business days. However my veichele wasn't picked up until March 17th and delivered on March 28th. I called and spoke to the manager and he was completely rude. He told me he didn't care that they didn't deliver my car as planned and that I would just have to wait until his driver got to me. They asked me for an extra contact # just in case, and throughout our business they continued to call the xtra contact # instead of myself Horrible business ethics. NO ONE should ever USE THEM.
