Brenda Garcia was phenomenal! I was extremely apprehensive about this process, particularly due to the bait & switch tactics some auto transport companies use. Brenda proved to be honest, thorough and dedicated to ensuring all my requests were met and I was a satisfied customer. I called Brenda a zillion times with questions as well as to make sure there would be no price changes! She was very kind, professional, polite and sensitive to my needs and concerns. Brenda was very prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails. She kept in close contact to keep me informed throughout the process. Rarely do I meet business people w/ the integrity, dedication and care Brenda took in handling my needs. Thank you, Brenda.
