1Flat-Rate stepped in quickly when my originally scheduled shipper would not return calls, schedule the pickup, etc. 1Flat-Rate didn't charge until the driver dropped off the car. Amazingly, they had the car shipped the day after I called. The contact (Brenda) was friendly and helpful in getting the process through, including getting the previous company to cancel its claim to the shipping. The driver was friendly and took care off-loading the vehicle. I would definitely use them again.
