First time to ship a car cross country. Great experience with 1 Flat Rate! We were kept informed of each step of the process by phone calls and emails. The ladies who organized the shipment were very helpful and informative, answering all questions that we had. The driver, Daniel, was very professional and delivered the car on time and with no issues. If we are ever in a position to have a vehicle shipped again, my one and only call will be to 1 Flat Rate. Could not have asked for a better experience!
