Out of nine transport companies I looked at, 1 Flat Rate was the only one to guarantee a rate and the only one that required no payment till the car was delivered. Seems like such a no-brainer when you think about it. Plus they were on time and courteous. They delivered on all their promises and I'll certainly use them again if need arrises.
